Yoga therapy is an evidence based practice in the treatment of specific mental and physical health conditions. The four main components of my practice include physical postures/movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and mindfulness meditation. Your first virtual session at Day By Day is a space for you to share more about yourself and what you’re going through. I’ll ask questions about your current situation and some of your background, so I can better understand your experience.
