Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, often about an uncertain outcome. It can affect both mental and physical well-being, leading to stress and discomfort.
Trauma therapy is designed to help heal from past traumatic experiences by processing and understanding their impact on your life. My approach recognizes that everyone’s experience with trauma is unique, and not everyone will benefit or respond to the same techniques. I adjust my approach to support what works best for you. Whether it’s through talking, engaging in mindfulness, or practicing somatic techniques, we’ll work together at your pace to help you feel empowered and move forward at your own pace.
I utilize a range of therapy modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, including elements from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Behavior Modification, Art Therapy, Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based.
